The City of Los Angeles has solicited proposals from development teams for the restoration and adaptive reuse of the former Lincoln Heights Jail, a City-owned property and a Historic-Cultural Monument originally built in 1931. At this meeting, which is open to the public, the Community Advisory Panel will review and comment on the top three proposals. The development teams will make presentations to the advisory panel and members of the public will have an opportunity to provide comments.
