The City of Los Angeles is looking for property owners who can help provide shelter and housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness. Property owners in Council District 1 zip codes are encouraged to apply if they meet the requirements.
At least 10,000 sq. ft.
Ability to convert to shelter use for 3–5 years
Good infrastructure and systems
