The City of Los Angeles is looking for property owners who can help provide shelter and housing solutions for individuals experiencing homelessness. Property owners in Council District 1 zip codes are encouraged to apply if they meet the requirements.

Minimum Property Requirements

  • At least 10,000 sq. ft.

  • Ability to convert to shelter use for 3–5 years

  • Good infrastructure and systems

  • Onsite parking

90005, 90006, 90007, 90012, 90015, 90017, 90018, 90020, 90032, 90033, 90029, 90041, 90057, 90065, 90026, 90031, 90042
